At Challenge Works, Gabi is a Programme Manager for the Ofwat Innovation Fund. She brings her expertise in strategy and design to support the delivery of innovation challenges aimed at driving progress and solving complex environmental and social problems within the water sector. Before joining Challenge Works through the On Purpose leadership programme, Gabi built her career across a range of marketing, strategy, and innovation roles, predominantly in the retail sector. During her time at John Lewis, she spearheaded a number of impact-focused initiatives and pursued Service Design qualifications. Driven by a growing preoccupation with the reality that traditional economic thinking has brought us climate change, inequality, and dysfunctional social systems, Gabi is passionate about using her professional experience and innovation skills to help create a sustainable economy that works for all.
