Susie Worth

Communications and Content Manager

Pronouns: She/Her

Susie is the Communications and Content Manager at Challenge Works. She has spent nearly ten years working across brand, content and special events for mission-led organisations, specialising in translating an organisation’s identity into compelling stories, content and experiences. Most recently, Susie worked in the Special Events team at London’s Air Ambulance Charity, where she delivered the Innovation Stations event at the Science Museum, alongside a series of creative corporate events and intimate dinners with major donors. Before that, she spent three and a half years at the International Fund for Animal Welfare (IFAW), where she led the brand education programme, launched the IFAW Shop and helped steer the award-nominated #DisasterReady campaign. She also led the relaunch of the charity’s annual Animal Action Awards at BAFTA, serving as event lead for three years. Alongside her role at Challenge Works, Susie continues to work freelance on special events for charities and mission-led organisations. Her work has taken her to Cambodia, Kenya and Cape Cod, where she helped release rescued dolphins back into the wild. Susie holds an English degree from the University of Cambridge. Outside work, she loves interior design, is surprisingly practical, and can be found cycling around London with her dog in a backpack.
