At Challenge Works, Caroline is a Programme Manager working on the delivery of a number of prizes focused on Government and Innovation Health and Disability.

Caroline is currently focusing on the Ofwat Innovation Fund. The £200 million fund was set up by Ofwat to  grow the water sector’s capacity to innovate, enabling it to better meet the evolving needs of customers, society and the environment.

Prior to that, Caroline has delivered one of our flagship programmes, the $4 million Mobility Unlimited Challenge. Caroline also focuses her work on making Challenge Works a more inclusive place by being part of the Diversity and Inclusion working group.

Prior to working with Challenge Works, Caroline has extensive experience managing projects in West Africa on topics as varied as youth entrepreneurship, conflict prevention and gender mainstreaming. She is also a keen trainer, always up for the next training challenge.

Outside of work, Caroline enjoys discovering London as well as travelling, reading and playing video games.
