Caroline is currently on maternity leave.
At Challenge Works, Caroline is the Senior Programme Manager for the Global Health team, working on the Global Surgical Training Challenge and the development of two new global health challenges to tackle persistent pain and dementia.
Previously, Caroline worked to deliver the £8m Longitude Prize, supporting global teams to develop new diagnostic tools to tackle antimicrobial resistance.
Prior to Challenge Works, Caroline worked as the Programme Manager for the Antimicrobial Resistance Programme at Public Health England. She has a passion for microbiology, global health policy and public health and has worked across multiple roles in scientific publishing, policy and project management.
Outside of work, Caroline enjoys singing, music, cycling and hiking.
