Elettra is an Assistant Programme Manager and part of the delivery team for Ofwat’s Water Innovation Fund.

Before Challenge Works, Elettra worked for a not-for-profit based at SOAS, University of London, which worked with national and international academic partners to tell the stories of marginalised communities across the globe through comics and animations.

Developing connections and materials for UK schools based on the comics fuelled her curiosity for the education sector and brought her to acquire a certificate as a teacher of English for foreign students.

Outside of work, you can find Elettra volunteering with a local Friends of the Earth group, watering her balcony-grown veggies, or reading about intersectional environmentalism while sipping a glass of wine.
