At Challenge Works, Henry is a Programme Manager with recent projects including the design of a global cities prize focussing on urban mobility and the design of a £20m technology accelerator programme for the Government of Jersey. He is particularly interested in cities and communities having worked on many urban development and regeneration schemes in the private sector.

Before joining Nesta, Henry was a commercial property professional and entrepreneur in the hospitality sector. Henry is a Fellow of the On Purpose Associate Programme, a one year leadership programme for experienced professionals facilitating transition into careers within purpose driven businesses. 

Outside of work he plays a weekly game of 6-a-side football and enjoys perfecting his sourdough pizza recipes for his two young children.
