Jordan is a researcher on the Challenge Works team.

She is a multidisciplinary designer and researcher working at the intersection of foresight, design, and innovation. Her experience spans service design, user research, speculative design and systems thinking, with a focus on social and environmental impact. She is experienced with mixed-methods—combining horizon scanning, qualitative research, and visual storytelling—to explore emerging trends and identify opportunities for systems change. With a background in both public and third sector innovation, she has contributed to projects across a range of topics, including early childhood development, future health, and climate resilience.

Outside of work, she facilitates workshops about beyond-human-centered design, studies natural wine and thinks a lot about maybe one day running a marathon.
