At Challenge Works, Lauren is an Assistant Programme Manager, working across the Rapid Recovery Challenge and Canada Marine Plastics Project.

Previously, she worked as a Policy Analyst with the Government of Canada’s IT department, Shared Services Canada. Her main role included conducting research and generating analyses related to various IT policies and programs.

Lauren is passionate about innovation and improving public services and enjoys participating in various discussions and activities through OneTeamGov, a public sector reform community.

In her spare time, she enjoys running, travelling around the UK, and going out to gigs.
