At Challenge Works, Naomi is a Programme Manager within the International Development team, managing prizes such as the Ghana Science and Tech Explorer Prize (GSTEP).

Before joining Challenge Works, Naomi worked in PwC’s International Development team, managing projects and programmes across the Middle East, Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia. She worked closely with the UK government’s Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) and Department for International Trade (DIT), as well as international government bodies and foundations.

Naomi has also worked with several charities, including the Refugee Council and Capoeira 4 Refugees, which builds upon her academic background and interest in migration and refugee policy. 

Outside work, Naomi can usually be found outdoors (usually walking or cycling), enjoying live music or chatting to guests on her podcast (Voices of Development).
