Sam is an Assistant Programme Manager for the Ofwat Innovation Fund, a 10 year, £600 million investment by Ofwat to grow the water sector’s capacity to innovate. She specialises in the Breakthrough Stream.

Sam’s background is in digital project management, delivering multiple complex projects simultaneously. She has experience in live events (both online and digital), international trade and operations management.

Sam specialises in continuous improvement, seeking to improve workflows and streamline process to allow teams to do more in less time. She is passionate about this as she believes it is the key to a happier team and better life/work balance.

In her spare time, Sam can be found helping to run small festivals, gardening, and mostly sewing. She one day hopes to apply to the Great British Sewing Bee.
