Seoana works in the Challenge Works Communications team, supporting our different prizes and programmes. She leads on our digital marketing campaigns, inspiring more people to enter our prizes by facilitating the growth of an engaged community of solvers via our digital channels. She also leads on events management for our prizes, supporting the team with organising engaging and informative hybrid events. She also supports the development of Challenge Works digital presence via social media strategies and website development.

Her background is in publishing and digital marketing and she has extensive social media, content strategy and editorial experience. She has worked in a variety of industries, including roles at Grand Designs magazine, an Australian fashion company and within the communications team at Barking and Dagenham council.

Outside of work, Seoana runs an online community supporting and empowering women-owned small businesses and sharing mental health advice and experiences. She is also a self-confessed bookaholic who is trying to beat her 2020 reading target of 89 books.
