Alex works as an Assistant Programme Manager at Challenge Works, supporting the delivery of the Metascience Novelty Indicators Challenge and Snakebite Prize.Before joining the Challenge Works team, she worked as a coordinator on the Catalyst team at the Royal Society of Arts, managing an awards programme to test social impact projects. the real-world potential of early-stage projects and grow existing established projects, and was a campaign volunteer for a human rights organisation carrying out participatory research for people seeking asylum.She holds a BEng in Industrial Design with a year in China from Liverpool University and an MA in Humanitarianism and Conflict Response from the University of Manchester. Outside of work, Alex enjoys live music, diving into sewing projects whilst binge-watching tv shows.
