George is an assistant programme manager at Challenge Works, supporting on the Ofwat innovation fund. Before joining Nesta, George took part in Thames Water's digital graduate programme. As a business analyst, he gathered user requirements and performed discovery analysis. He contributed within agile product delivery frameworks, assuming diverse roles such as Scrum Master and delivery lead. Previously, he interned at Versus Arthritis, focusing on income generation and the pain challenge prize. He studied Philosophy at the University of Warwick. Beyond work, he finds joy in the gym, writing, concerts, and language learning. He is passionate about self-development writing, as well as meditation and yoga.
