Hannah is a Programme Manager at Challenge Works and is currently overseeing delivery of the challenges that form part of the Ofwat Innovation Fund, a 10 year, £600 million investment by Ofwat to grow the water sector’s capacity to innovate.Before joining Challenge Works, Hannah worked in the strategy team at a large UK health charity, where she helped develop organisational strategies, and designed and oversaw key programmes of work to deliver key goals. She also led a cross-organisational project to better understand and measure impact.Hannah likes to think creatively and strategically to understand how small changes can lead to wider, lasting impact. She loves learning new things, and is always looking for opportunities for reflection and development.Outside work, she enjoys being outdoors (be it swimming, running, cycling, or just finding a sunny corner of a pub garden), cooking, and practising her slightly rusty French.
