Cleo is an Assistant Programme Manager at Challenge Works, supporting the Good Start Challenge. She has previously worked on USAID's Bikes Challenge, BHA's Women in Leadership recognition prize, the Manchester Prize and the Smart Data Challenge Prize.
Before joining Challenge Works, she worked as a coordinator at RCJ Advice, a Citizens Advice branch based in the Royal Courts of Justice. She managed several pro bono projects focused on delivering free legal advice to clients who could not afford to instruct a lawyer in their civil proceedings.
Her previous experience includes coordinating the Aviva Community Fund in Canada and supporting the Leadership Team at Amnesty International Mexico.
Outside of work, Cleo enjoys cooking, reading, and lying on a beach.
