The Good Start Challenge is a global challenge to advance innovative solutions that improve the wellbeing of parents and caregivers of young children in disadvantaged circumstances in Indonesia, the Philippines, Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia, Senegal, Mexico, Colombia and Brazil.
So far, we have selected 22 finalist teams who each received €50,000 in financial support, along with a comprehensive package of non-financial support. Our innovators have been working hard to develop their solutions and are now preparing their final submissions for review by our judging panel.
Seven experts will serve on the Judging Panel and will be responsible for selecting up to six winners of the Good Start Challenge who will each receive €200,000. The prestigious panel is composed of internationally recognised leaders in academia, corporate and development economics, strategic philanthropy, psychosocial intervention, early childhood well-being, impact investing, and refugee resettlement.
